About the Retreat:
Welcome to our all-inclusive health retreat on the breathtaking Big Island of Hawaii, where you’ll embark on a transformative journey towards optimal health and wellness. Our retreat focuses on holistic well-being, personalized health coaching and an array of enriching activities to help you relax, recharge, and flourish.
I feel abundantly blessed and grateful to call Hawaii my home. This retreat is a distillation of practices I've cultivated over the decades for happy, healthy living. It's an opportunity for a week in my shoes... or should I say "sandals"?! I'll share tips and tricks for how to eat, relax, do self-care, and play. With my family in attendance, you'll truly be warmly welcomed into our Ohana with Aloha.

What's Included:
Everything is included except air travel and personal insurance.
Before:
- Personal Health Coaching: Benefit from a private 50-minute 1:1 session with Coach Julia, who will provide tailored expert support to help you achieve your health goals. This session, held before the retreat, ensures you maximize the benefits during your retreat.

Group Orientation Zoom Call with Kyria: Receive all the essential retreat information, connect with fellow guests, and get your questions answered to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on the island.
During:
- 7 Days, 6 Nights of Luxury Accommodations: Enjoy your stay in a luxury upscale estate with sweeping ocean views, a saltwater swimming pool, spa hot tub, two horses, lush gardens, mesmerizing sunrise views, and more.
- Transportation to and from Hilo ITO Airport + During Retreat: You'll be picked up and dropped off at Hilo International ITO Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii. Also all transportation, guides, excursions, etc. are fully included. All you need to do is hop on the plane and the rest is covered.
- Homemade with Love Meals: Delight in plant based vegan, organic, locally sourced meals designed to promote healing and happiness. The retreat and meals will be vegan plant based and GLASS free (no gluten, lactose/dairy, alcohol, sugar, or soy). Join in our cooking class to learn how to keep the good times rolling back home too. A 24/7 tea station with organic teas and local Hawaiian honey will be available. Coffee is served with breakfast and is also available throughout the day whenever you would like a fresh pot.
- Daily Morning Movement & Gratitude Prayer: Start each day with drop-in morning movement sessions overlooking the stunning Hawaiian landscape. Might include gentle stretching, yoga, gratitude prayer, meditation, etc. Participation is not mandatory—feel free to sleep in if you prefer.
- Health Classes: Lessons handcrafted to support the maximum wellness of all participants while enjoying coaching directly from Kyria.
- Hands-On Workshops: Engage in unique experiences such as cacao chocolate making, creative art self-expression, and practical self-care for mental detox and renewal.
- Local Highlights + Adventures: Enjoy guided trips to Volcano National Park, volcanic heated hot ponds, black sand beach, snorkeling at turtle beach, whale watching, and other natural wonders.
- Wellness Pass: Indulge in your choice of a full body massage, Reiki session, or horse therapy by local professionals.
- Safe Space: A welcoming environment designed for you to easily relax and recharge in comfort.
- Freedom and Flexibility: All activities are optional, with the exception of nightly Family Dinners. Enjoy as much or as little activity as you like.
After:
- Personal Health Coaching: Enjoy another personalized 50-minute 1:1 session with Coach Julia. This private health coaching call is designed to support your transition home and sustain your long-term wellness.

While it may not have traditional air conditioning, the trade winds and elevation provide a natural cooling system that ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the night. With windows and sliding glass doors open, the home is graced with a gentle breeze, maintaining a cool and inviting ambiance.
One of the most enchanting aspects of this property is the presence of Coqui frogs. These tiny amphibians, no larger than a quarter, were accidentally introduced from Costa Rica and have become a beloved part of the local ecosystem. At dusk, their melodious chirping fills the air, a mating call that continues until they find their partners. To many, their serenade is reminiscent of the soothing sound of crickets.

What is included in the retreat package?
Our all-inclusive retreat package includes luxurious accommodations, delicious meals focusing on optimal nutrition, health workshops and activities, guided excursions to local highlights, personalized health coaching sessions, transportation to and from Hilo International Airport, your choice of complimentary spa treatment.
What is NOT included?
Air travel and personal, medical, & trip cancellation insurance are not included.
What is the accommodation like?
Participants will enjoy luxurious accommodations with stunning views of the ocean and Hawaiian landscape. Our accommodations are designed to provide comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. A variety of rooms offered for your choosing.
Is transportation provided to and from the airport?
Yes, transportation to and from Hilo International airport is included in the retreat package at designated times.
What should I pack?
You will receive a detailed packing list, but essentials include comfortable clothing for movement sessions, swimwear, sunscreen, a journal, and any personal items you need for a week-long stay.
Are men allowed?
Yes! Everyone 18 years or older is warmly welcome to join the retreat.

Additional Information
Is there internet access available at the retreat location?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the retreat facilities. However, we recommend unplugging from technology as much as possible to fully relax into the retreat.
Can I leave the retreat to book my own excursion for the day? Or can I rent my own car and leave the retreat?
This retreat is designed to be a safe space and closed container. Guests are not permitted to rent their own car and part it at the retreat nor leave the retreat. It is an all inclusive retreat, so transportation to and from the Hilo airport is included. Excursions are also included in the retreat. The retreat is a closed container, so guests stay together for activities, meals, and experiences. We’ve planned plenty of fun excursions and activities during the retreat. If you’d like to explore the island or book additional excursions, we recommend doing so before or after the retreat. The retreat is in a rural area with limited transportation options, and guests are unable to rent or park their own cars on-site. We can’t wait to share this incredible, immersive experience with you!
